The Creative Paths Access Learning programme is delivered in Nottinghamshire care homes and is fully funded by our partners INSPIRE Nottinghamshire and Nottinghamshire County Council.
The courses are planned and designed to support people living in care to have fun and enjoy their lives to the full. We have been providing courses and learning in care settings across the county for the previous seven years, with a mix of reminiscence and creative activities.
Our Access Learning courses are now delivered in person and virtually using Zoom. A course consists of six sessions, each session runs for up to two hours dependent on your resident’s needs, zoom sessions work better at an hour. For Zoom sessions we recommend that you limit the workshop to two people per screen, unless you are casting onto a large screen. Once you have booked, we will provide you with free guidance and support on setup and audio-visual considerations for your first session.
Due to the funding limitations, these free courses can only be delivered in Nottinghamshire, if you are out of area, we would not be able to provide these courses at no cost. However, we can offer these courses for a fee.
For bookings and more information, call the programme director, Karyn, on 07722783467 or email karyn@creativepaths.org.uk. To avoid disappointment, book early as we have limited courses over the 22/23 academic year.
